Define and drive strategy
• Work with senior leadership to define and drive eCP’s long-term strategy and establish a multiyear plan of strategic investment priorities. Build foundation for plan through assessing industry trends as well as EI Corporate, Brand and Supply strategies across EI.
• Collaborate with eCP finance, business operations and technology teams to translate the strategic plan into an execution-focused annual plan
• Support the execution of strategic and annual plans through effective collaboration with eCP teams through ongoing alignment & guidance for tactical operations and technology/product initiatives across the eCP organization
• Support eCP verticals with their strategy development (as needed)
Manage Special Projects
• Develop and drive select high-impact strategic initiatives and ad hoc analysis in support of eCP senior leadership
• Identify and analyze sources of improvement opportunities
Facilitate cross-vertical alignment and consistency
• Facilitate cross-vertical communication & alignment between eCP product teams and ensure product strategy is aligned with eCP strategy
• Align product planning, product governance, and stakeholder engagement approaches across eCP (where needed)
Job Requirements:
Leadership / Interpersonal / Communication
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results through complex cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship building skills, and extensive experience working with senior management
• Experience working cross-culturally and cross-functionally, and ability to adapt personal style to different environments
• Solid project management experience including multi-team, multi-project responsibilities
• Extensive experience identifying and prioritizing high impact improvement opportunities
• Demonstrated ability to attract and develop top talent
Problem Solving / Problem Structuring / Analytical Skills
• Strong strategic and critical thinking skills; ability to see the “big picture” while also diving into details as necessary
• Data-driven decision maker with proven ability to apply appropriate quantitative rigor to the development of analytical models and complex analyses
• Ability to structure problems and synthesize first and second order data sets / findings
• Strong spreadsheet and data-management skills
• Proficiency in technology development best practices and product management methodology, is a plus

Experience/Education
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a top-tier management consulting firm (Bain, BCG, McKinsey)
• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
• Experience with customer service, financial, and/or ERP product platforms that support OTC and P2P processes preferred, ideally in an eCommerce environment, is a plus
