We are looking for a general manager and biz tech leader with business, operational and technical acumen to set the vision and lead this exciting new initiative. You will have the opportunity to build and lead a new business and shape the direction and expansion of the business. This role requires deep technical expertise, operational capability, excellent leadership skills, and strong business judgment. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, provide thought leadership in a fast-paced start-up environment, and partner with technology and operations teams and senior leadership to ensure the success of this program.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
At least 10 years’ experience leading product development, product management, and/or program management.
• Running a business or product line with revenue accountability
• Experience with business models and data analysis
• Experience building and managing a cross-disciplinary team in a technology context
• Strong oral and written communication skills along with a proven ability to influence others internally and externally
• Hands-on technical design skills with demonstrated willingness and capability to learn new technologies quickly
• Demonstrated ability to design, build, and deliver complex, successful web services and/or customer experiences efficiently and with quality
• Proven team leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to get things done
• Demonstrated ability to attract, develop, and keep high quality development teams
• Ability to clearly communicate high level strategy and technical details effectively across disciplines, locations, and organizations, including to senior leadership
• Burning desire to build great experiences for our customers
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Significant experience as a successful business and technical leader in large scale, highly available Internet and mobile applications
• History of effectively working with and growing geo-distributed partner teams
• Experience developing high-volume internationalized web and app experiences
• Demonstrated ability to attract, develop, and keep high quality multi-disciplinary teams
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations
• Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs
Experience with big-data analytics and machine learning
