Director of Cross-Cloud Product Marketing, Pricing

Salesforce Marketing teams have been delivering world-class marketing every step of the journey and the newly formed Cross Cloud Marketing team will continue to drive the company forward. We are looking for marketers who are energized by the challenge of introducing new products, creating compelling strategies to drive the business, building new teams and doing marketing that shakes up the industry.
The Director of the Pricing, Product Marketing will partner with the Pricing team to bring pricing and packaging models to market both internally and externally.
Your Impact:
• Own packaging and pricing go to market strategy, offers and promos for Salesforce's products and solutions.
• Understand the sales dynamics, incentives and opportunities. Know what it is like to be on the front line of a deal to inform core positioning and promotion strategy.
• Understand the buyers needs incentives and concerns. Know what it is like during the evaluation and purchase process to select a product, package and deal terms.
• Drive creation of all packaging and pricing enablement materials for sales teams and internal stakeholders.
• Personally deliver packaging training during scheduled sales trainings and as needed for sales, partner and customer success enablement.
• Create, lead, manage and measure product marketing initiatives and content that showcase the value of Salesforce's products and capabilities in target markets.
• Drive pricing and packaging offers on website pages to continuously demonstrate the value of the Salesforce portfolio.
• Partner with the extended stakeholders to execute innovative pricing and packaging GTM impact across all channels to demonstrate value for our entire product portfolio.
• Coordinate the creation of data sheets that articulate the value & functionality of specific packages.
• Help integrate positioning strategy for acquisitions.
Required Skills/Experience:
• 6+ years marketing/product marketing experience with a passion for cloud computing.
• Value-based product positioning expertise, preferably at an enterprise SaaS company.
• Exceptional marketing strategy skills. Ability to understand customer needs, articulate the value created by our solutions and highlight competitive differentiation.
• Distinctive strategic and analytical skills. Proven ability to start with an ambiguous complex problem, frame up strategic issues and identify key assumptions required to gather information and analyze those data sets to lead a discussion and deliver a decision.
• Stellar public speaking skills and ability to develop customer-facing presentations.
• Ability to sell ideas well through creative & innovative cohesive presentations.
• Proven creative thinker that independently generates and executes on innovative marketing ideas.
• Strong communication and writing skills and ability to work across business lines, presenting to executive leadership and at different levels of management.
• Super-star skills managing multiple projects with very tight deadlines.
• Exceptional team player with proven ability to lead through influence.
