The Senior Regional Vice President will lead the Commercial Sales organization in the Berlin region and be accountable for creating an organization recognized for its strong Salesforce #Ohana culture, commitment to Salesforce values, and an ability to maintain the region's year-on-year growth targets. Key Objectives:
• Build an organization recognized for its ability to embody the Salesforce #Ohana culture and values
• Grow the business by 30+% YOY by taking existing hub accounts to the next level as well as acquiring new logos
• Ensure framework is in place in the hub to support and drive continued high retention of Salesforce customers
Core Responsibilities:
• Translating business objectives into specific goals for the hub.
• Driving a culture of strong execution orientation developing new enterprise accounts, expanding existing ones and ensuring high retention rates on existing accounts
• Identifying and managing local business channels and routes to market e.g. partners, industry associations, local clubs etc.
• Continue growing and managing a team of high performers, as well as ensuring there are sufficient resources in place to support business growth objectives also by engaging functionally across the region (Marketing, Finance etc.)
Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years 2 nd level management experience
• Strong network in the region with partners, top accounts and prospects, press, industry associations etc.
• Proven track record in building a complex, matrixed sales organization recognized for its culture, as well as its results
• Operational day-to-day managing a sales business with a strong cadence of deal closure on a monthly and quarterly basis; track record of consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
• Strategical sales experience selling multiple enterprise S/W offerings, while building satisfied, loyal and referenceable customers
• Skills in C-level engagement and negotiation, account strategy, domain expertise, executive selling, large deal management and team leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree (M.B.A. preferred)
