The Salesforce Partner Marketing team in WW Alliances and GTM Innovation is looking for a talented Partner Marketer to manage the Consulting Partner Marketing team and lead consulting partner co-marketing programs, campaigns, and events with our top consulting partners against aggressive demand generation goals in pipeline and ACV metrics.
Working with marketing teams across the company, you will be instrumental in the strategy, planning, execution and measurement of these strategic programs, campaigns, and events with our consulting partners.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the consulting partner marketing team to reach top line marketing goals within our joint business objectives.
• Drive consulting partner co-marketing programs with top strategic alliance partners. With a global scope, ensure the top partners' marketing plans and tactics are delivering on agreed upon business objectives with Salesforce Alliance and consulting partner leadership.
• Lead and support strategy, plan and execution of joint marketing campaigns and tactics including global events, programs and communications.
• Secure global event sponsorships and support the event benefits execution. Ensure that consulting partners secure their global event sponsorships and help each partner maximize their presence by strategizing with our sponsorship, campaign and product marketing teams while supporting co-marketing activities at each event including World Tours, Connections and Dreamforce.
• Support additional marketing initiatives including asset production and approvals, customer stories, press releases to drive thought leadership and demand.
• Lead weekly Salesforce and partner team calls. Share weekly updates on marketing deliverables and results with both Salesforce and partner stakeholders.
• Deliver campaign reporting to measure effectiveness and pipeline impact. Build campaigns, manage members, and report on metrics including pipe gen among others.
• Manage our co-marketing budget to optimize the impact and results across our partners. Gather funding requests, prioritize and follow-through on budget commitments with partners.
• Execute multiple, simultaneous marketing programs that require balancing trade-offs and high-speed tactical execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and partner constituencies including marketing teams, legal, finance, support, and sales.
• Experience/Skills Required:
• 10+ years of experience in product or partner marketing. MBA a plus. (but we also love brilliant
• people who didn't go to business school)
• Proven co-marketing expertise with top strategic consulting partners including Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, Capgemini
• Minimum 5+ years experience in high tech industry (preferably enterprise CRM) in the following areas: Alliances Marketing, Product Marketing, Industry Marketing
• 5+ years managing teams
• Strategic and analytical thinker who is able to blend technology and business strategy to develop compelling vision and strategy for partner success
• Experience in messaging and positioning the value proposition to internal salesforce.com stakeholders and to partner stakeholders
• Experience with creating and building differentiated relationships and engagement with partners and sales teams - experience working with consultancies and ISVs is desired.
• Strong executive presence with proven ability to present in formal and informal settings.
• Demonstrate an high level of proficiency in conflict and negotiation management with ability to gain concessions without damaging the relationship - a "win-win" philosophy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and dynamic working environment and build excellent rapport with internal teams; strong teamwork is a must
• Advanced PowerPoint and Apple Keynote skills
• Stellar public speaker and story teller
• Proven track record in performing well in a fast pace environment and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects
