WeGrow is a new initiative by WeWork aiming to reimagine the way we think about education. Who We Want:
The Operations & Strategy Analyst will be a key member of the WeGrow HQ team providing operational strategy and execution support. Working with WeGrow’s Director of Operations & Growth as well as the Chief Operating Officer, this role will bring a strategic perspective and analytical abilities to allow the organization to scale operationally.
Responsibilities:
• Help define and scale a world-class model for student learning that will start at WeGrow1 in NYC and scale to a network of WeGrow schools around the world
• Support all aspects of strategy and operations
• Work closely with teachers, administrators and HQ staff to improve efficiency
• Lead financial modeling and the creation of strategic presentation materials for senior company executives
• Identify areas of greatest strategic priority within growth goals and lead execution
• Build components of organizational culture to be scaled across US and Global sites
• Think creatively to inform major strategic decisions with data-backed evidence
Ideal candidates will have:
• 1-5 years of professional experience focused on analytical and strategic skill sets
• Experience in management consulting, startups and education
• Strong business acumen with track record of scaling organizational excellence
• Must be located or willing to relocate within commuting distance of NYC
• On a path of personal growth with a desire to make a massive impact on the world
