Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a Director of Marketing Revenue Operations who will set the vision and strategy for marketing to align its technologies with business objectives and priorities, serve as a liaison to cross-functional stakeholders and decide on the right-fit technology partners. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, the successful candidate will be a true change-agent, have technical-depth (acting as the digital unit’s CIO) and possess a passion for accomplishing marketing’s mission through the implementation of new and emerging technologies. Moreover, the leader must bring a comprehensive end-to-end approach that extends to data analytics and actionable business intelligence and ensuring training/enablement are part of the journey.
You will:
• Define and lead the innovation, operations and health of our marketing technology stack (Marketo, SFDC, Everstring, Bombora, Terminus, LeanData, etc.)
• Oversee client campaign management and client support
• Oversee Marketing Revenue Operations documentation
• Be a key contributor to product development and testing
• Guide a holistic global approach to the overall marketing strategy by recommending, procuring, managing and optimizing appropriate enabling technologies
• Define a holistic marketing database management strategy that supports data unification and access across our internal systems, maintains data quality and enforces governance and measurement
• Facilitate strong trust and collaboration across teams including corporate, portfolio, demand, field and partner marketing as well as sales and commercial operations
• Partner with marketing stakeholders to provide analytics, insights and intelligence that drives awareness and accelerates demand generation strategies at every stage of the sales pipeline, as well as serve as a change-agent to identify areas of success, opportunity and improvements
• Define KPIs/KPEs and build templates, dashboards and reports to enable ongoing measurement and improvement of performance across the various marketing channels
• Create scalable and relevant training and documentation for marketing, sales and market development on existing technologies, processes and best practice
You have:
• 10+ years of sales and marketing operations experience in the enterprise software industry with 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing technologies and 5+ years of experience in data management and governance strategies
• Proficiency in managing global, multi-country technology requirements and solution implementations for a high growth company
• Experience integrating marketing applications with enterprise applications in SaaS and on-premise environments
• Capabilities in evaluating, managing and maintaining relationships with 3rd party resources
• Ability to implement new marketing technologies, inherit and improve current technologies, and replace existing technologies
• Extensive background in data management and health strategies inclusive of database unification, compliance, governance, quality, and measurement
• Knowledge of B2B customer sales cycle and how to identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution and sales opportunity acceleration
• Varied background in marketing planning and operations strategy, workflows, business process design and review, and data mining and analysis

• Exceptional technical and data analysis skills

• High business acumen with strong project/program management skills, particularly in managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Ability to communicate advanced technical concepts to non-technical audiences, navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities
• High level of negotiation skills for team buy-in and commitment
• Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational dynamics
• Natural curiosity, and excitement to stay abreast with the latest marketing technology trends and best practices
• Knowledge of continual process improvement methods
