As a WeWork copywriter, you’ll be a critical member of the Global Marketing team—joining at a time of unprecedented growth. Driven to effectively communicate WeWork’s value to our audiences, the creative team develops compelling marketing campaigns, inspiring sales experiences, and innovative sales materials. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
• Collaborate with marketing partners to write and proofread for strategic campaigns, sales materials, experiences, and communication templates
• Expertly execute a range of B2B marketing communications projects, including sales presentations and brochures, infographics, event collateral, and digital experiences, specifically microsites and emails
• Proofread sales content and collateral, ensuring flawless execution of all materials
• Partner with designers and copywriter teammates to support best-in-class creative work
• Approach all projects through a strategic lens, honing your systems and problem-solving skills and writing chops
• Tackle complex problems with creative, “uniquely We” solutions that enhance our offerings
• Help maintain Voice Guidelines to ensure clarity and consistency throughout all of our communications
• Manage personal workflow, schedule, and deadlines
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• 2-5 years of experience at a creative/branding agency or in-house at a design-led brand. Bonus points for B2B experience.
• Demonstrated ability to craft clean, thoughtful copy in a distinct brand voice
• Strong portfolio of creative work with expertise in marketing email and web copy
• Firm command of grammar, punctuation, AP Style, and basic web-writing principles
• Strong attention to detail, and an editor’s eye (proofreading experience is a bonus)
• Experience writing short and long-form copy across various mediums
• Highly collaborative, organized, and a self-starter
• Clear and effective communicator, experienced in presenting to senior creative leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or relevant field
