We are currently seeking a Recruiter to support WeGrow is a new initiative by WeWork aiming to revolutionize the way we think about education, with a focus on enabling every human to unleash their superpowers. Our first conscious, entrepreneurial school opened in September 2018 in New York City for ages 3 years old through 4th grade and will expand to ages 2-11 for the 2019-2020 school year. We are deeply committed to supporting growth in children’s minds, bodies, and souls through an integrated, individualized curriculum that challenges and elevates all aspects of the child.

Job Responsibilities:
• Lead full lifecycle recruitment efforts to support the growth of our schools.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand strategic objectives and identify recruiting strategies to address them.
• Craft hiring plans for an efficient and thorough interview experience across the differentiated roles we are hiring for both school facing and HQ support.
• Foster relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners.
• Drive the offer process, including negotiation and post offer tasks.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as brand ambassador when representing WeWork and WeGrow.
• Manage job requisitions in Workday, our ATS, through monitoring and reporting.
• Continuously work on ways to improve the recruiting process and candidate experience. Stay up to date on creative recruiting trends and practices.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of full cycle education, agency or corporate recruiting experience, with exposure to a high volume, fast-paced environment. Education experience preferred
• Workday Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other ATS experience a plus.
• Must be located or willing to relocate within commuting distance of NYC
• On a path of personal growth with a desire to make a massive impact on the world
• Bachelor’s degree required.
