Job Description
Job Summary:
Manages and delivers construction projects on time and within budget. Supports all day-to-day operations of facilities across the foot print as needed.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversees and manages construction projects making decisions and solving problems that may arise on the project. Analyzes and evaluates information to determine the best solution to solve issues that arise. Develops and organizes plans to meet established schedules and specific company needs. Inspects and reviews projects to monitor compliance with state and county building and safety codes.
• Organizes, plans and prioritize construction projects. Develops specific plans and goals to organize and accomplish the best possible project outcome. Works with contractors to plan and meet the needs of the company. Works with architects to develop space plans and construction documents ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Schedules events, produces reports and gathers information from all relevant sources to deliver projects on time and within budget. Produce reports for each project including information regarding the schedule and budget.
• Provides on-call, day-to-day support to the regional facilities team as needed to ensure all properties meet company standard. Responds to and resolves needs or issues as they arise.
• Inspects equipment and properties to determine overall condition and makes recommendations for repairs and preventive maintenance as needed to maintain operation and soundness of all properties. Coordinates and manages any repairs needed including pricing, vendor selection and project management for the desired outcome.
• Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in related field.
Minimum Experience: Five years of experience in the development, implementation and guidance of construction projects including technical training in construction and project management OR an equivalent combination of education experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• Knowledge of local and state building codes.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction and associated materials.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office software products.
