Job Description Summary
Responsible for performing a variety of duties related to auditing, boarding, and funding of loans and lines of credit on the accounting systems while providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers and ensuring Service Level Agreement (SLA) turnaround times are met. Researches and follows up on out of balance transactions and past due items for cost center general ledger.
Essential Job Functions
• Audits loan/line packages to verify all documents were returned, signatures are present where needed, and no strikeovers have occurred.
Boards loans and lines of credit to the bank's loan accounting system through the use of the New Account Setup (NAS) interface built into the Appro application processing system.
Funds loans/lines as necessary via Bottom-line and WebDirect, and/or prepares deposits/general ledger tickets.
Performs callback process on loans/lines boarded the previous day to ensure complete and accurate loan setup and coding.
Researches and follows up on missing/incorrect documents with branch personnel.
Prepares loan/line files for imaging.
Provides additional support to other areas of DCL Operations as required.
• Prepares Regulation Z violation letters and forwards to branch management. Also distributes letters to defined corporate distribution list.

Qualifications
Required Experience
• Requires basic job knowledge of systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.
• Requires 3 years minimum experience.
• May require vocational or technical education in addition to prior work experience.
Education
• High School Diploma or GED Required
Skills
• Good knowledge of consumer loan and line documentation.
• Good knowledge of consumer loan compliance regulations.
• Good knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office software, including Word and Excel.
• Attention to details.
• Ability to be a team player.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
