Description
The Final Expense team helps protect our customers through life insurance products. The Final Expense team handles all aspects of the life insurance policy, from issuing the policy, collecting payments, handling customers and agents requests, or referring them to our Claims team at the time of need. This is a great opportunity for someone who is customer service oriented and wants to offer a great customer experience to our clients. Customer Care Associate reps have direct communications with internal & external customers by various channels, including inbound and outbound calls. Spanish speaking required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Basic Duties
• Basic data entry
• Basic communications with external customers, agents & funeral homes including inbound and outbound phone calls
• Includes document handling and review to prepare files for processing
• Preparing documents and correspondence for mailings
• Processing a limited variety of tasks or functions such as processing new business, maintaining policy files, maintaining customer information.
• Prepares correspondence using standard templates
• Follows standard screens and procedures to perform most tasks
• Complete various internet searches
Collaboration Skills
• Attend required training
• Collaborate with team and department members by attending team meetings and other company activities
• Ability to adjust quickly to new or changing business need
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• High School Diploma
• Basic Computer Skills
• 1 year of Customer Service experience
• Bilingual in Spanish
