The Fund Operations Department is responsible for tracking product specific sales trades, payment accruals and processing, internal and external reporting needs, report analytics and supporting the needs of the various departments and business divisions as it pertains to mutual funds, variable products, 529 Plans, Collective Investment Trusts and alternative investments.
Job Responsibilities:
• Daily review of automated monitoring reports, specific to trading and compliance of various product lines
• Trade and expense reconciliation within the CRM system
• Organize periodic meetings with internal/external departments. Includes crafting agendas, setting objectives and preparing applicable materials.
• Reporting (periodic and ad-hoc) to internal and external parties
• Provide excellent customer service in answering calls and responding to emails
• Special projects as assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1+ year(s) of industry experience, or other relevant professional experience preferred
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products, to include Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel including inputting and sorting data, writing basic formulas, and reconciling data input
• Ability to learn technical systems, including proprietary vendor applications, CRM systems, internal systems and SharePoint
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and represent Voya in a professional manner
• Superior customer service skills with focus on building and maintaining both internal and external relationships
• Strong attention to detail
• Enjoys researching complex issues and utilizing problem-solving and critical thinking skills to find solutions to project challenges
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Capability to use strong time management skills to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple responsibilities and projects to meet strict deadlines
