Job Description:
This position will be responsible for supporting the client services teams to build, maintain and strengthen our global client relationships. Our Associates provide relationship management, support, and analysis to the Client Service team in business development and retention activities for our global clients. With proven success, Associates will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, prospects and intermediaries to develop and expand personal and professional relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Generate a large volume of standard and custom weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to clients, consultants and service providers.
• Provide quality control for client reports and requests and support day-to-day activities.
• Responsible for completing due diligence and client questionnaires.
• Database maintenance and compilation of business statistics.
• Investigate and address client inquiries with support/oversight from senior staff by evaluating client-specific circumstances and collaborating across departments to formulate response; communicate findings to senior staff
• Manage inbound/outbound client communication (emails and phone calls) via the CRM system with oversight from senior staff
• Collect and analyze data to support various sales goals and campaigns
• Assist in preparing presentations on GIPS Committee, Portfolio Management, Marketing and Presentations asset flows and activity statistics
• Develop a robust understanding of Dimensional’s investment philosophy and process
• Seek opportunities for professional development
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree with a 3.0 GPA or higher
• 1+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry
• Background or strong interest in finance/investments
• Detail-oriented
• Able to work equally well in a team environment and independently
• Self-starter who is capable of completing multiple projects within set deadlines
• Strong PC skills and proficiency in MS Office applications are essential
• Solid quantitative problem-solving skills
