The Associate Marketing Manager, Prudential Advisors Marketing is responsible for developing marketing collateral and support materials to help financial professionals and firms brand themselves in their local communities. This position reports to the Director, Prudential Advisors Marketing and is located in Newark, NJ, which is Prudential’s headquarters.

Key Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for:
• Maintaining existing and developing new non-product seminars used as part of the Financial Education Series, and Prudential Advisors Onsite programs.
• Developing and conducting marketing training for field management and financial professionals (e.g., boot camps, fast start meetings, experienced hire training, etc.).
• Managing marketing collateral through the creative process with excellent project management skills. This involves collaborating with managers, senior leaders and graphic designers on material development and handling the subject-matter and marketing review process.
• Fulfillment of marketing collateral (e.g., uploading materials to systems such as AssetServ, PruXpress, Pru Marketing on Demand (PMOD), Navigator Online, Customer Alignment & Leads website, producer homepages, etc. and/or working with procurement to print).
• Researching and responding to field inquiries on all aspects of Prudential Advisors’ Marketing & Leads programs.
• Marketing technology and systems support.
• Liaison between Prudential Advisors Marketing and Multicultural Marketing Team to support activation and deployment of Prudential Advisors field resources.
• Manage the creation of in-language print digital, television, radio and web banner advertising.
• Developing financial professional branded materials (e.g., announcement cards, letters, bio card, personal prestige brochures).
• Creating print, digital, television, radio and web banner advertising.
• Attending team and business meetings.
• Participating in various projects and ad hoc assignments as requested.
• Working as a team player to support overall organizational goals and partner with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to, U.S. Business Marketing teams, Global Communications, Advertising, Legal and Compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work across functional teams with all levels of the organization
• Strong, articulate writing skills and business acumen for the creative development of seminars, brochures, and associated marketing materials
• Comfortable with presenting and training
• Ability to think strategically
• Working knowledge of Prudential Advisors
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Must be flexible and adapt easily to change
• Proficient in MS Office suite of products
