As a Leader, you are respected for your deep technical expertise and/or ability to oversee programs and processes. You balance the needs of multiple stakeholders, making sound decisions using data, analysis, experience, and judgment, along with a risk mindset. Ultimately, you take ownership for key outcomes.
Key responsibilities of this position include:
• Provide monthly variance and trend analysis for the Life and Retirement functional and business unit leaders
• Provide analytical assistance and in-depth analysis of on-going operations for Life and Retirement functional or business unit leaders
• Develop BPC and Tableau reports to aid in analyzing key trends and variances
• Participate in the preparation, analysis and presentation of the annual budget
• Participate in the preparation, analysis and presentation of the monthly forecast
What we are looking for
• Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 3+ years of experience of budget and expense management preferred
• Excellent Excel skills
• Strong customer orientation with the ability to build sustainable relationships
• Possess strong research, analytical and practical problem solving skills
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy along with excellent documentation skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
