What You Will Do:
The Senior Manager Content Execution is responsible for field communications sent by the Transamerica Financial Network (TFN) home office. This position will be responsible for using their creativity to develop communication plans and make sure there is a common voice in all communication that is deployed.
What Success Looks Like:
• Manage and develop the TFN Content Development team.
• Manage overall workflow and set team priorities, and internal/external deadlines.
• Develop and implement creative pieces that align with company strategy and specified budgets.
• Conceptualize, create, and implement innovative ways of presenting messages.
• Work with the Fulfillment team to manage fulfillment centers across TFN.
• Implement quality control of print and electronic materials.
• Keep up-to-date on the latest design software and hardware.
• Manage, mentor and coach direct reports.
• Develop and maintain relationships with outside vendors to support strategic initiatives.
What You Need:
• Bachelor’s degree in a business field, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
• Eight years of experience developing marketing content, including management responsibilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to conceptualize ideas
• Leadership skills to drive results

• Experience in the financial services industry
