National Client Executive, Card Services
What makes an outstanding National Client Executive, Card Services?
As a National Client Executive within our Card Services team you will be responsible for managing a select portfolio of our 4-6 largest clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and continuously promoting Fiserv to maximize client renewals and cross-sales. You will be providing our clients with industry best practices and strategic input, partnering with the client to deepen the overall partnership,
By continuously illustrating the value of Fiserv’s partnership with the C-suite and operational level relationship you are creating the ability to link our value proposition to our client goals.
To do this, you will need to:
• Sell add-on products and services, and manage those opportunities through to close and implementation, using the Fiserv sales process. Additionally, you will focus on meeting the assigned renewal and customer satisfaction goals.
• Provide measurement data such as ROI’s and program performance updates.
• You will need to have a strong territory planning skills to support your execution account plans and assigned goals.
• You will need to develop a deep understanding of client goals and objectives to help them succeed.
• We want you to be informed and interact with Fiserv leadership and client partner team on overall client relationship health where appropriate.
• Overall we need you to own the Card Services client relationship.
• Advocate for clients while balancing Fiserv’s desired business outcomes.
• Help the larger Fiserv team win by actively contributing new ideas, owning your results, being accountable for your decisions and actions, and delivering quality in every interaction.

Qualifications for consideration:
• HS Diploma
• 6+ years sales/account management experience in the financial services field including a focus on Card Services/Payment space
• Prior experience successfully selling onto FI’s in the $10B and above space
• Ability to effectively prioritize issues and work independently with a strong sense of accountability.
• Professional demeanor and demonstrated experience effectively interacting with all levels of clients and Fiserv associates including executive level management.
• Ability to travel a minimum of 50%
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of Fiserv and our products
• Experience working remotely
• Bachelor’s
