Job Description
Production Support Consultant
The Production Support Consultant is responsible for leading projects, as well as, performing and leading testing of applications utilized within Transaction Processing Services to ensure proper operations and minimal to no defects.
Position Responsibilities:
• Lead and effectively manage projects.
• Perform and lead testing of applications to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects.
• Document and track testing defects through to resolution.
• Create and/or provide input into the development of moderate to complex project schedules.
• Monitor and report on project schedules, progression, and obstacles.
• Identify, document and escalate project issues and risk.
• Effectively manage incidents and communication.
• Perform complex workflow analysis and recommend quality improvements.
• Act as a Vendor liaison.

Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university OR 5 years of banking experience
• 3 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Excel/ Access
• 4 years of experience working with incident resolution or problem determination
• 4 years of experience developing UAT plans/scripts
