Description
The Sr. Analysis & Reporting Sr Analyst will mainly contribute to the reporting, design and development of Management information reporting for Citizens’ Retail divisions. Will also participate in the preparation of a selected credit reports for Commercial Division. The Sr Analyst gradually will serve as a subject matter expert to report/analyze portfolio trends and change dynamics for credit risk management.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Analyses regarding Retail portfolio demographics (balance, product type, geography, collateral type, TDR, Impairments), industry/sector and metrics (Non Performing, Non-Accruing, Net Charge Off, FICO, CLTV, DTI, etc.)
• The preparation of info/data to support the Investor Relation team responding to inquiries from external investors and Rating agencies
• Helping to link and reconcile the Management Reports to Regulatory and Investor Reporting for Retail division
• Working with Business partners in Finance, Investor Relations, Risk Architecture, Treasury, and the Line of Business, focusing on the level and types of credit risk exposures of Citizens, enabling business executives to identify and manage risks and develop strategies
• Meeting with business partners when needed to discuss reporting needs, data enhancement and risk management measurements
• Meeting with stakeholders to discuss reporting enhancements and incorporate feedback
• Supporting the Portfolio Analysis & Reporting leadership team in transforming existing reports to meet future information needs of the organization and improve efficiency.
• Contribute to report development by providing direct feedback and requirements to the current/potential reports to the development team
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
• 6-8 years of reporting production experience or credit risk management experience
• 5+ years experiences analyze, understand, formulate insightful questions, and communicate key insights of portfolio metrics, balance sheet, other financial statements, and key credit quality indicators
• Experience reading financial schedules
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Skilled at MS office focus on Excel and Power Point
• Strong financial acumen
Preferred Skills/Experience:
• Experience in corporate reporting or risk reporting for public entity
Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:
• Bachelor’s degree Required: Preferred Accounting/Finance/ Information Management
• Master’s degree Preferred

Work Schedule: M-F 8-5
