Acting as an Organization Readiness Program Manager you will get to direct, perform and take accountability for the strategy, development, implementation and ongoing management of the organizational readiness activities related to the Bank’s Digital Channels including Digital Account Opening and FirstCitizens.com.
You will be given the opportunity to work with partners across the organization including, but not limited to, Branch Operations, Sales Effectiveness, Marketing & Communications, L&D, Customer Contact Center, Business Project Management Office, and Legal/Compliance to ensure proper organizational readiness strategies are developed and aligned to the strategic roadmap for assigned digital channel(s).
In this role, you will be supporting the digital channel program managers by identifying opportunities for partnership across lines of business to optimize digital channel experience, improve engagement, and drive increased revenue. You will also serve as the subject matter expert of the digital channel/platform and primary point of contact for the Project Management and Change Management teams within the scope of assigned projects. In this capacity, provide content for internal and external communications and marketing initiatives required to promote awareness and ensure preparedness across the bank relative to digital platform functionality.
You will also play a proactive role on the digital channel team’s planning and design efforts to ensure the Bank’s strategic direction is incorporated and impacts of change are accounted for during planning and execution to deliver a superior client experience across customer segments (consumers, businesses, and wealth clients).
