The primary duties of the Senior Internal Auditor are:
• Plans the steps to be undertaken for assigned audits, recommends the scope of audit testing, creates the audit procedures to be followed, conducts field and management interviews and prepares the audit program according to generally accepted auditing principles.
• Evaluates the accuracy and effectiveness of internal controls through the use of audit techniques including statistical sampling, quantitative analysis and risk assessment.
• Generates and analyzes data from company software and databases for routine audits and entities being reviewed through various data extraction software tools.
• Reviews audit staff’s reports of audit findings, and the information to be presented to the management team, and assists with recommendations for management.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent and 3 - 6 years of internal or public auditing experience.
• Possess knowledge of auditing concepts, standards for internal auditing, generally accepted accounting principles, risk assessment techniques and data processing concepts.
•Possess substantially diverse professional experience that comes from working on audits with a variety of disciplines and possess advanced technical abilities.
• Certification with a CPA, CIA, CFSA, CFE or CISA designation preferred.

• A competitive salary $50,800 - $64,000 depending upon education and experience.
