Essential Job Functions:
• Ability to effectively and professionally communicate via phone and email.
• Review loan details and understand whether following procedures.
• Work with team, internally and at suppliers to monitor tasks for adherence to procedures.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement in the entire organization by being a proactive partner.
• Assure ownership is maintained for Corrective Action Forms and their timely completion.
• Serve as a focal point for post-closing audit responses.
• Interface with outside agencies regarding our systemic adherence to regulations
• Maintain customer focus at all times by strictly adhering to FMC’s Customer Service Standards, taking ownership of all inquiries and proactively following through resolution.
• Conference in various department SME’s as needed to resolve issues and answer questions.

Education and/or Experience:
Associates Degree or equivalent from two-year College or Technical School; or four (4) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
OR
Bachelors Degree from a Four (4) year College or University; or six (6) to eight (8) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. (this is Preferred)
OR
Masters Degree or equivalent; or ten (10) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, and interpret documents such as policy and procedure manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Customer Service Relationships:
Anticipates customer needs and regularly motivates or influences others to deliver customer service excellence. May troubleshoot highly sensitive or confidential issues. Personally ensures problem resolution. Identifies barriers to effective customer service and sets customer service standards. Establishes a customer feedback system and holds self accountable for customer service excellence within the department.
Work Complexity:
Tasks and responsibilities require integration of diverse functional areas and involve variables that are more abstract. Work is substantially complex and varied, and requires the interpretation of technical and detailed guidelines, policies and procedures in combination.
Work Environment:
Work is normally performed in a typical interior work environment which does not subject the employee to any hazardous or unpleasant elements.
