Content Marketing Project Manager (this position can be located anywhere in Huntington's footprint)
A critical part of Huntington's brand strategy, the customer content project manager performs a key role in delivering actionable insights to customers and prospects for Business Banking across multiple digital and human channels. His/her program supports customer acquisition and relationship deepening. The role includes direct management of a portfolio of content creation projects.
The ideal candidate has experience with content creation, hands-on project management experience, a collaborative orientation, and excellent relationship building skills.
Detailed Description:
• Directly manages portfolio of several customer content creation projects from ideation through creation, approval, and publication.
• Manages the review and approval process of all pieces of content with Legal, Compliance, Brand, and the business segment.
• Builds creative brief for content projects, partnering with external agencies and variety of internal teams to define and align on content strategy and objectives.
• Defines, documents, and manages project scope, objectives, milestones, budget, and key performance indicators. Develops detailed project plan. Manages change requests and ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Effectively leads a diverse team of project participants. These include: external content creation resources, a variety of marketing partners, line of business colleagues, subject matter experts, and additional support partners. Ensure resource availability, appropriate allocation, and flawless team execution.
• Works with insights architecture principles, external agencies, and copywriters to edit content as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Ability to manage multiple, high visibility projects simultaneously.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Intermediate -- expert level skill with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including verbal and written communication as well as critical listening skills.
• Proven organizational skills including pristine attention to detail and multitasking skills.
