Do you love developing the overall product strategy for all home equity products in all sales channels? You will be doing that in this position, as well as be responsible for the overall P&L for the home equity business and achieving annual budget and medium term plan objectives. You will also maintain a current perspective of the competitive environment and overall landscape for home equity lending. There will be a close working relationship with marketing, finance, operations, compliance, risk management as well as external partners that may deliver the products to market.
Major Responsibilities:
• Develop overall product plan to achieve medium term financial plan and annual budget objectives.
• Work with finance to maintain and establish forecasts, business reporting and measurement of progress against financial targets.
• Lead overall product pricing and promotional pricing efforts.
• Work with sales to establish sales targets that are in line with objectives, and to understand points of friction, and other issues that inhibit sales adoption and growth, and develop sales goals and overall product incentive plan.
• Work with marketing to develop overall marketing plan to drive acquisition, engagement and end-of-draw strategies and tactics across marketing channels.
• You will engage with systems and technology teams to digitize sales and service of home equity product solutions to drive a simplified and faster home equity originations solutions.
• Stay abreast with the competitive landscape, regulatory environment and delivered plans by traditional and emerging competitors.
• Maintain a customer centric approach by evaluating key customer journeys, tracking customer experience trends, reporting and developing a plan to improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
• Do you have 7+ years of consumer lending experience including home equity and/or other consumer lending businesses?
• A Bachelor’s degree is helpful, and a MBA or advance degree is preferred.

• Strong communicator who can clearly articulate in written and verbal form to executive management, sales teams, and other functions across the organization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to effectively and quickly size and dimension business opportunities.
• Are you comfortable working in a data-rich and data driven environment and able to interpret data and trends to develop an informed action plan and set of business priorities?
• Do you have experience working with technology teams and transforming and digitizing product solutions?
• Strategic thinker, able to synthesize disparate information and develop an effective growth plan and priorities for the business.
• An effective collaborator to lead and positively influence the broader organization.
