Responsibilities:
Are you a self-starter with strong research, analysis and critical thinking skills? Do you pick up on technical things quickly? We are looking for top talent to join our annuity team as a Technical Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your skills to research and resolve complex system issues in order to help our team provide best in class service to our customers.
As a Technical Specialist you can expect to:
• Handle multiple priorities in a changing environment.
• Research, define, analyze, develop, implement and communicate solutions relating to business systems with minimal direction.
• Provide technical expertise on assigned topics and projects.
• Monitor daily reports to identify, research, and solve problems as they arise.
• Communicate and collaborate with business partners as needed.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and training to less experienced employees and internal customers.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent of 8 years experience required.
• 2+ years related experience. (Previous Annuity experience or strong background researching and resolving complex issues.)
Successful candidates will have the following:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Good problem solving, interpersonal, organizational, decision making, and leadership skills necessary.
• Excellent reading comprehension, analytical, and interpretation skills necessary.
• Must be a self-starter and have ability to work in a team environment.
