Responsibilities:
What you’ll do
As an Identity & Access Management Product Owner in our Information Security and Risk department, you’ll be a key contributor who collaborates with team members and leaders to influence change and bring transparency to our products value. You will ensure successful results for strategic objectives of our products.
Here are a few examples of the kinds of things you’ll do:
• Responsible for product vision, operations and road map
• Foster relationships within the scrum team to deliver at an optimized level
• Lead iteration and increment planning for the agile teams
• Facilitate identification, oversee development and completion of features and user stories
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for their products and controls

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree with a preference in a science, technology, engineering, or math related field or equivalent work experience (8 years of experience equates to an Associate’s degree when defining “equivalent work experience”)
• 6+ years of IT experience
• Experience working in an agile environment (e.g., user stories, sprint planning, iterative development, etc.)
• Experience leading others or influencing change
Additional preferred technical experience:
• Vendor management experience
• Experience with Oracle products
• Have a broader understanding of industry trends in the Identity & Access Management space
