Summary:
Reporting to the Lead Integration Program Director, the M&A Integration Intern - Communications Standards will work collaboratively with our M&A integration team (Integration Program Directors, M&A Business Operations analysts, M&A Technology Leaders and M&A Project Coordinators) to create a standard set of communication deliverables to be used throughout the M&A Integration process, from LOI through integration complete.
Major Responsibilities:
• Identify all internal and external stakeholders which M&A Integrations needs to provide standardized communication
• Identify appropriate communication vehicles and timing with respect to M&A Integration timeline
• Draft deliverables, with an eye to consistent look and feel, and keeping easily consumable
• Work with M&A Business Team to include communication materials on HubToday
• Connect with regional leaders as a feedback forum
• Publish complete set of standard communication materials
Requirements:
• Must be willing to work 37.5 hours per week, for up to 3 months, during normal business hours; can be flexible with scheduling
• Must currently be enrolled in a degree-seeking undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited college or university and maintaining at least a 3.0 GPA (3.5 GPA for graduate students)
• Must be comfortable working with proprietary information and be able to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work with large data sets
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Very well organized
• Self-sustaining
Preferred Qualifications:
• Skills with marketing communications and change management
• High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize is required
• Prior internship experience preferred
