Summary:
Reporting to the Lead Integration Program Director, the M&A Integration Intern – Playbook, Process and Deliverable Standards will work collaboratively with our M&A integration team (Integration Program Directors, M&A Business Operations analysts, M&A Technology Leaders and M&A Project Coordinators) to update the M&A Integration playbook, flushing out the end-to-end process, roles, RACI matrix and standard technology deliverables to be used throughout the M&A Integration process, from LOI through integration complete.
Major Responsibilities:
• Assemble all playbook documentation into central repository
• Working with M&A Project Coordinator, identify standard document respositories and deliverables for each playbook type
• Review all deliverables, and identify variances between playbooks, and create standard deliverables for each playbook.
• For each deliverable, identify the user of the data collected, how used and when.
• Update RACI matrix to be consistent with current state organization structure
• Work with M&A Integration Communications intern, create communications for internal and external notification of deliverable processes
• Evaluate hosting M&A Integration deliverable materials on HubToday to allow for use by regional teams.
• Publish complete set of processes and M&A Integration deliverables
Requirements:
• Must be willing to work 37.5 hours per week, for up to 3 months, during normal business hours; can be flexible with scheduling
• Must currently be enrolled in a degree-seeking undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited college or university and maintaining at least a 3.0 GPA (3.5 GPA for graduate students)
• Must be comfortable working with proprietary information and be able to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work with large data sets
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, familiar with SharePoint tools.
• Project Management skills
• Very well organized
• Self-sustaining
Preferred Qualifications:
• High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize is required
• Prior internship experience preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
