Role Value Proposition:
The Senior Business Procedures Consultant is an experienced communications professional providing strategic communications counsel and support to the Global Claims Organization.
The Senior Business Procedures Consultant will develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy across the Global Claims organization and will report to the SVP of Global Claims and support the leadership team.
This role will also partner with members of Global Operations’ Chief of Staff Office and Global Communications teams to align strategic priorities, planning and communications. The candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results, exceptional writing, project management and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and drive the execution of the communications strategy for Global Claims using multiple internal channels: online, video, print, and events.
• Proactively lead and execute communication projects and campaigns that align with, articulate and support the company's key messages and influence a positive culture, and engaged and motivated employee base.
• Source content and stories from colleagues within Global Claims in the US, Japan & Mexico. Research topics, interview subjects, write copy and collect visuals needed to tell the story well, aligning with key strategic messages.
• Support town hall meetings and leadership conferences by creating effective and engaging presentations, collateral and support materials.
• Participate in and support planning efforts of leaders during planning board meetings and other meetings as required to ensure an integrated communications approach.
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant business experience, including written and multimedia content.
• Superior project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven relationship management skills, including ability to influence and negotiate without formal direct authority and being consultative in approach and diplomatic.
• Proven blended PR and social media skills.
• Must have the ability to understand cultural nuances.
• Knowledge and experience in Sharepoint 0365 content management platform.
• Sound business judgment and discretion, with the ability to inspire the trust, confidence and respect of peers and senior leaders.
