The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing a digital marketing strategy that will create quality business opportunities for ServiceLink’s sales organization. Additionally, this individual will develop and execute plans to raise ServiceLink’s brand awareness and preference among industry insiders and target audiences.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this role, you will…
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, SVP Marketing, and marketing colleagues to establish and execute digital marketing plans for each of ServiceLink’s four core business lines: originations, servicing, default, and EXOS Technologies.
• Demonstrate your proven track record of generating measurable business outcomes through digital marketing strategies.
• Oversee tactical planning and implementation of digital marketing plans working alongside internal marketing colleagues and external agency partners.
• Contribute thought leadership around ServiceLink’s brand strategy, event marketing, and corporate communications plans.
• Track and optimize digital marketing investment.
WHO YOU ARE
You possess…
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Expert knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures of modern business-to-business digital marketing techniques
• Understanding of financial services marketing; mortgage or other lending business experience preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Proficiency in satisfying internal and external customer needs and concerns and representing company's best interest
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, customers and public

DETAILED JOB DUTIES
• Plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy, including account-based marketing (ABM), content marketing, and paid media (search, social, display, video).
• Measure, track, optimize and share program performance and return on marketing investment.
• Plan and oversee digital marketing budget.
• Develop marketing campaigns in support of new products and services and overall objectives.
• Recommend ways to improve ServiceLink’s online thought leadership content.
• Partner with CRM team to ensure optimal information flow and reporting.
• Manage digital agency partners and solutions providers; evaluate existing marketing platforms and recommend new platforms needed to execute digital marketing plan.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and marketing colleagues to recommend enhancements to ServiceLink’s web site properties.
• Utilize test and learn techniques to enhance performance of digital marketing programs.
• Research competitor digital activity and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Stay up-to-speed on latest industry trends and technology; share insights with marketing colleagues.
• Build and maintain digital marketing dashboard, including web site performance and trend data.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Expert knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures of B2B digital marketing.
• Experience managing large, complex programs with strategy, analytics, digital and creative components.
• Experience growing and developing a team responsible for the day-to-day execution of programs.
• Possess command of key performance marketing channels (email, web, direct mail, paid search, display/video and more).
• Working experience selecting, implementing and utilizing marketing automation and account-based marketing solutions (e.g. Marketo, Demandbase, etc.).
• Masterful in prioritizing, planning, and delegating work; good organization and management skills.
• Proficiency in satisfying internal and external customer needs and concerns and representing company's best interest.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, customers and public.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels internally and externally.
• Ability to provide information to a wide variety of audiences regardless of topic and effectively deal with issues that are confidential and sensitive in nature.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on experience leading projects and implementing programs; ability to demonstrate marketing experience.
• Experience in mortgage, lending or financial services industry preferred but not required.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics or similar) preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• People management experience preferred as digital marketing team grows
