Job Description
Position Description
The Marketing Senior Specialist will be responsible for supporting the strategy, development and execution of marketing programs for the Deposits line of business. Programs range from creative briefings to video, digital and onsite creative production and approvals support. Candidate must be able to work well with a variety of business partners and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage creative development of product marketing initiatives
• Proactively identify gaps in process and work collaboratively to enhance and streamline for efficiency
• Partner with analytics or agency teams to monitor performance of marketing programs and define learning agenda
• Ensure that all deliverables are created and delivered on time
• Collaborate with key internal support teams (i.e. Creative Services, Legal/Compliance, CRM/Social, and Marketing Operations) to develop and execute programs
• Liaison with internal creative services and ability to interface with adverting agencies and media partners
• Utilize proper approval process with the business, marketing leadership, legal, and compliance
• Manage logistical tasks in support of the production and execution of individual projects and multi-channel campaigns
• Manage internal organization of strategy documents and creative inventory
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other related business field
• 5+ years of experience in advertising or marketing role
• Agency experience strongly preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of financial services preferred, but not required
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or other adobe platforms preferred, but not required
• Experience with analytics and KPI management and reporting
• Proficient problem-solving skills
• Ability to comprehend complex marketing processes
• Experience managing/communicating with media and creative agencies
• Collaborative working style to interface with multiple business partners
• Works well under pressure and is able to meet tight deadlines
