Duties & responsibilities
•Marketing PNP products to insurance brokers (retail & wholesale) and existing or potential clients.
•Professionally maintain and service existing book of business as well as developing new business relationships.
•Develop critical business relationships with brokers and clients.
•Participate in various underwriting and marketing initiatives to improve company results.
• Work with management, the Insured, its broker and outside counsel on contract terms and conditions, as well as with the broker on premium.
What we are looking for
• Minimum of 6 to 9 years of relevant professional insurance experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent highly preferred (Finance or Risk Management major a plus)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, marketing and analytical skillset.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in dynamic, rapidly changing environment, adapting to changing requirements and collaborating with a wide range of colleagues to quickly deliver solutions.
• Ability to facilitate cross-function collaboration, especially regarding technical aspects.
• Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to self-direct, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Takes initiative on projects and assignments, seeks alternate solutions when necessary.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented
• Self-starter with ability to work in a face paced team oriented environment
• Existing relationships within the brokerage community preferred
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
