Here, you’re not just another salesperson. You’re a respected Credit Advisor, dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and small business owners achieve their business goals through consultative, needs-based selling techniques.
Get the career you deserve:
• Annual base salary with generous bonus. Typical 1st year earnings of over $50K with our top performers making $80-100k+!
• Uncapped bonus = unlimited earning potential
• Full benefits FROM DAY 1, including competitive medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, health and fitness reimbursement, Dependent & Health Savings Accounts, and more
• Up to 20 days of Paid Time Off in year one, in addition to 2 volunteer days to support a favorite cause, a floating holiday, and an “Unsick Day” for doctor visits

• Are an assertive, persistent, self-motivated professional who is a strong listener with a positive attitude and is driven to develop their talents
• Possess an aptitude for quickly grasping needs-based selling techniques and product knowledge
• Have a proven track record of achieving or exceeding quota and ability to thrive in a high volume, high energy, fast-paced, sales-driven environment
• Experience in selling an intangible product (such as insurance, information, finance, etc.) and/or inside sales experience is a plus
