The Sales Support Manager will serve as a subject matter expert and be responsible for strategic execution on sales support initiatives and programs. Responsible for managing and coordinating the sales support activities for the assigned line of business in partnership with leadership and identified liaison roles. The role will ensure quality service and effective operations support for all of the assigned internal customers.

Major Responsibilities:
• Prioritize all initiatives that require action with assigned lines of business in accordance with direction provide by line of business leaders.
• Define, implement and manage initiative/project intake process to create better alignment, communication and execution across assigned segment.
• Lead to execution various sales campaigns/programs in partnership with Consumer sales leadership.
• Manage a team of Retail Project Managers focused on executing sales support initiatives.
• Partner with business teams (product, marketing, sales, technology) to drive improved performance and quality in revenue, customer acquisition, customer segmentation, retention & loyalty, and employee engagement etc. in support of the line of business short and long term financial goals.
• Support the line of business strategic direction through execution of strategic initiatives to drive increased revenue.
• Have strong leadership presence with the ability to articulate results to line of business leaders.
• Continuously gather feedback on process to ensure effective and operational.
Qualifications
• 10+ years banking experience.
• 5+ years people management experience.
• BA or BS undergraduate degree or US-equivalent.
• Significant program and project management experience.
• Ability to liaise and report out across the organization to very senior levels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously and delegate as needed.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience is a must.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and programs successfully to execution.
• Ability to create influential presentations and communications using analytics.
