TheUS Chief Operating Officer—Tech Solutions, Digital Imaging & Healthcare is accountable for all operational processes, people and outcomes form application to booking, through both automated/digitalized process flow and manual exceptions processing including sales support, booking & funding, invoice to receipt, customer service, and remarketing for US Tech Solutions, Digital Imaging & Healthcare Business Units. You are also accountable for all facilities activities related for our Wayne and remote processing centers. In addition, you will lead and manage large groups of people (350+) and processes through the organizational transformation process and following implementation of the new work streams, processes and organizational structures.
You will collaborate with your leadership team to drive the operations and strategy and foster a high-performance culture.
DAY TO DAY:
• As an active member of the management team, you would partner with colleagues and contribute to the successful creation and execution of the strategy and business plan
• Develop the vision, mission, and strategy for the US TS, DI & HC Operations team
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the automated and exception processing application to booking functions for the US Tech Solutions, Digital Imaging & Healthcare Business Units
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the automated and exception processing for the invoice to receipt functions for the US Tech Solutions and Healthcare Business Units
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the Customer Service and Remarketing functions for the US Tech Solutions and Healthcare Business Units
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the Facilities function for the Wayne facility and US remote processing centers
• Oversee and manage these functions to drive operational excellence – minimizing cost while optimizing customer service, customer experience and revenue.
• Establish, monitor progress against, and ensure delivery of customer SLAs
• Holds accountability for all cost and quality of business processes
• Ensure each function has short and long-term plans and hold each function accountable for achieving the plans
• Define and manage the key performance indicators and targets for the functions in line with the annual plan and budget
• Provide recommendations to strategically enhance performance and business opportunities.
• Provide business leaders with advice on the implications of business activities
• Provide coaching and feedback to the leadership team to support their development
• Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with policies, applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws
• Serve as a change agent by evaluating policies, procedures and processes for efficiency opportunities and implement any improvements

ESSENTIALS:
• Advanced degree or equivalent working experience
• Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in managing an end-to-end lease process and managing customer relations
• Demonstrated expertise in operational and credit risk
• At least 10-15 years relevant experience in the financial industry in commercial or general management roles
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience
• Previous experience in a managerial/leadership role
• Effective leadership and decision-making skills
• Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Able to speak succinctly to senior levels of management across the organization
• Effectively multi-task and manage various projects with competing deadlines
• Demonstrated success in supporting teams to drive innovation and foster a high-performance culture
