Under limited supervision, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the enterprise wide new hire process from time of offer acceptance through on-boarding. The specialist supports the Talent Acquisition team members as well as applicants, candidates, HR Business Partners and colleagues by providing administrative support, answering questions, researching and solving problems and identifying and providing other resources. Under the direction of a TAC, the Talent Acquisition Specialist, will be responsible for recruiting entry level positions as needed to align with the business needs of the organization.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
Support the Talent Acquisition area in the necessary procedure and paperwork for preparing new colleagues and their supervisor/manager for the on-boarding process of Associated Bank. This includes supervising the preparation of the offer letter and packet to ensure compliance with HR best practice and legal parameters.
Ensures all fingerprints/credit checks are accurately run and disseminated to the HR compliance team for adjudication in compliance with government regulations and applicable laws. Also will assist as needed the HR Compliance Department with questions on Safe Act or fingerprinting in general.
Complete necessary processes to provide information to Colleague Care Department for on-boarding to payroll and benefit systems. Coordinate the compiling of the new colleague personnel file to include all necessary forms and paperwork and entering them into the Nautilus System. Scanning of employee files for all business lines.
Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates in the interview process to include air travel, car rental, and/or hotel reservations. Process any additional reimbursements to those candidates according to procedure. Also coordinate executive interviews balancing multiple calendars and time demands.
Control the billing process for all Talent Acquisition expense by the timely processing of all invoices including managing the Talent Acquisition credit card expense.
Research and problem solve payroll, employment, and benefit questions.
Research, troubleshoot, and follow up with internal and external applicants experiencing complications with the applicant tracking system. This may include resetting passwords, and creating profiles for applicants among other duties.
Also research and troubleshoot issues pertaining to the Recruitment side of the applicant tracking system as needed to include testing service pack updates in the applicant tracking staging environment to ensure proper operation of applications before the Service Pack is implemented into the Production side of Applicant tracking.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives and identifying and implementing process improvements.
Consult on various Talent Acquisition teams as assigned.
Under direction of TAC, Recruit for entry level positions. Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements, conduct full in-depth behavioral interviews with those meeting the basic requirements for the position to further identify talent, present those qualified, with detailed notes.
Practice continuous improvement by improving processes and procedures and eliminating non-value added activities.

Associate's Degree Business Administration or an equivalent degree
PREFERRED
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration Preferred
EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED
4 years or less of Human Resource Experience
