Description
The Treasury Solutions Implementation (TSI) team is responsible for delivering flawless experiences to Citizens Commercial Banking clients as they become customers for the first time, or when they add or modify the suite of services provided by CFG. Working in close partnership with the Sales and Relationship Management teams, TSI strives to provide a world class customer experience from within the Commercial Operations organization.
Job Description
Work across the TSI team and its partners to maintain high levels of colleague engagement, lead strategic programs, coordinate leadership communications, drive efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement in customer experience or business performance. The Incumbent will report directly to the SVP and initially lead a team of 6 core operations professionals. This is a highly strategic role, requiring flexibility, creativity, and a strong change management discipline, but offering opportunity for exposure and advancement within CFG Commercial Operations and beyond. S/he will be a key member of the leadership team and have ample opportunities to learn the breadth of Commercial Bank and work cross-functionally with various partners across the business.
Responsibilities
• Guide the migration and modernization of core back office functions to a leaner, more integrated, more automated new model at superior operational performance
• Lead strategy development for the TSI partnering with peers and business partners
• Create and manage the 3-5 year investment roadmap for enabling capabilities required to maintain best in class customer experiences vs. peer banks and relevant Fintechs
• Manage a colleague engagement program across 3 major sites and ~60 colleagues
• Support critical exercises related to headcount, investment, risk management, incentives and compensation, etc
• Evolve metrics and systems of tracking to identify / champion improvement opportunities
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
• Experience with strategic program management, via consulting or corporate change management responsibilities
• Experience in Operations highly preferred
• Experience with Banking, Treasury solutions, or Financial Technology
• High level of curiosity and a proven track record of creative problem solving
• 10+ years of progressive experience
Education:
High school diploma required Bachelors Degree Preferred
Hours and Schedule:
Hours: 40 hours per week
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5
