We are currently looking for a Zurich Claims Fraud Intelligence Analyst to join our Special Investigations (SIU) Team.
Our Intelligence Analysts provides investigative consulting and analysis to Claims business partners, Claims Fraud Investigation management, and investigative staff in order to recommend effective and efficient governance and management of Claims fraud within the organization. In addition, will be responsible for information gathering and analysis to produce business reports and identify trends for potential fraud based on data analysis.
Interpreter - The job’s core deliverables rely on disseminating information, instruction and training to others through scripted communications or on routine topics in the area of expertise. Typically interact at the employee and line manager level.
In this dynamic role our Claims Fraud Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for but not limited to some of these key accountabilities:
• Takes ownership for an allocation of referrals, evaluates and analyses to determine which should be investigated and handled by the Claims Fraud Investigation Unit.
• Provides Claims Investigators with full Intelligence reports based on research and evidence secured.
• Conducts background checks and analyses results for suspected fraud indicators and makes recommendations for further actions.
• Supports the Claims Investigators and the wider fraud community with intelligence gathering and analysis.
• Acquire and efficiently organize the relevant evidence and information and determine whether or not there is a fraudulent aspect to individual claims.
• Processes and maintains case activity, invoicing, and management records.
• Adheres to local regulation and Zurich Claims governance requirements throughout the investigative process to ensure that all information and data is obtained within data protection rules and regulations.
• Produces management reports and analysis for the Claims Fraud Investigation Unit.
• Collect accurate fraud data in the fraud data base.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree and 3 or more years of experience in the Special Investigations area
OR
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in the Special Investigations area
AND
• Experience in data-mining and fraud analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
• Customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Microsoft Office skills
• Strong organizational and reporting skills
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
• Certified Insurance Fraud Investigator (CIFI)
• Fraud Claim Law Specialist (FCLS)
• Associate in Claims (AIC)
• Senior Claim Law Associate (SCLA)
