Job Summary & Key Responsibilities
• Liaise with US, EMEA and APAC teams to strategically develop and deploy go-to market strategies across earned, owned and paid outlets that include market intelligence, design, collateral, copy, PR, advertising, conferences, social and more
• Work with CMO to strategically roll out new brand framework (brand/corporate transformation) internally to align the company’s assets, across ambassador teams to promote and train employees and externally within multi-media campaigns
• Manage, interpret and disseminate research for sales, investor relations, global marketing teams and company/industry in general using Google Analytics, Quantcast, Internal systems, web based research, etc.
• Manage specific websites (i.e. US membership and forums)
• Develop, maintain and re-envision collateral as necessary including sell sheets, media kits, presentation slides, mock-ups, swag and more
• Work with sales, investor relations, product teams and global marketing teams to develop creative sales solutions targeted to particular categories and audiences
• Provide light HTML and graphic design for mocks and other assets for collateral and marketing communications in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design software
• Build and manage advertising and communications assets including copywriting, design, layouts and more as necessary for each campaign
• Proactively contribute to research/development initiatives leveraging industry trends, content, tools, audience data, new technologies and more including annual global investment surveys
• Set ROI metrics and objectives based on business goals for each marketing campaign, optimize as necessary to highest rate of returns and explore new metrics and journeys to improve efficacy
• Develop case studies based on current/past programs
• Manage marketing and CRM technologies (i.e. Pardot, Salesforce, DemandBase, etc) including stakeholder adoption, governance, best practices, campaign deployment and recommendations for improvement
• Ensure messaging across all products and communications are accurate, consistent and on brand
• Oversee native apps (primarily for events) and effectively inform and educate internal and external stakeholders of developments and augmentations
• Manage data and analytics for governance and accuracy and analyse for insights
Skills and Qualifications:
• BA or BS Degree
• Extensive demonstrated experience in a digital advertising and/or advertising marketing group/agency
• Solid understanding of the B2B/B2I Financial Professional (Institutional Investors, Financial Advisors, RIAs, Family Offices, Corporate CIOs et al) landscape, market trends and the ability to spot market opportunities
• Ability to manage a complex workload, and deliver high quality work under tight deadlines
• Robust project management skills that include managing multiple international partners (internal and external) to hit project deadlines and within budget
• Keen knowledge of subscription marketing and building and serving advertising communications including: specs, 1x1 & other tracking implementation, QA and the nuances thereof cross-media/multiple sites/CMS/tech capabilities, in concert with, the development platforms used (i.e. Flash, HTML5, jQuery, JavaScript, etc)
• Eye for creative layouts and illustrations/graphic design
• Exceptional organizational skills, a superior work ethic and extreme attention to detail
• Strong analytical, presentation, written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of digital advertising pricing models
• Driven, passionate, self-starter, able to execute and deliver with minimal supervision
• Robust knowledge of online research methods and 3rd party research tools
• Working knowledge of HTML and DoubleClick or other ad server a plus
• Excellent PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills a must; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and CRM tools (i.e. Pardot, Salesforce, etc) a plus
• Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Creative and critical thinking skills to analyse data and uncover insights
