Responsibilities
• Verify completed work and forwards items found not meeting standards to appropriate employee for correction.
• Research, resolve and track issues pertaining to workflow, accuracy of work, etc.
◦ Document methods / processes to resolve issues.
◦ Identify and recommends potential training and / or process improvement needs to management.
• May communicate with internal / external customers to resolve / track unidentified / misrouted information.
• Participate in processes / projects such as reviewing impact to current policies / practices for system installs / upgrades, changes in functions and / or services, etc.
• Build partnerships with all areas of the business in order to effectively address customer issues.
• Perform a wide variety of support for a department, functional group or team.
◦ Tasks may include filing, copying, printing, imaging, compiling and arranging data, preparing reports, making computations, processing and coding documents, mail functions, and maintaining specialized records and files.
◦ Assist with testing various system upgrades and enhancements.
• Participate in ensuring compliance and complies with appropriate company and / or regulatory guidelines (i.e., handling of checks, titles, other negotiable items, etc.).
• Provide guidance and assistance to lower level positions. Provide training to lower level employees. Serves as a resource for other functional areas. Ensure compliance and complies with company and regulatory guidelines.
• May have responsibility for performance and coaching of staff and may have a participatory role in decisions regarding talent selection, development and performance management for direct reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Candidate must have six (6) or more years of related experience.
• Candidate must have experience in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with PowerPoint and SharePoint are a plus.
• Previous insurance experience is a plus.
