Job Description:
At Regions, the Corporate Banking Emerging Talent Manager will develop and maintain favorable relationships with the University community around Regions footprint to build a brand image and increase awareness of Regions, more specifically the Emerging Talent Program (ETP) within the Corporate Banking Group, as an ideal employer for potential key talent.
Primary Responsibilities
• Partners with Regions business leaders and Human Resources to develop and enhance a comprehensive strategy for engaging colleges and universities
• Develops strong relationships with top university programs, targeted undergraduate and post-graduate schools by working closely with administration to build brand image and increase awareness of Regions as an ideal employer on campus
• Compiles, analyzes, and utilizes data relating to college and university recruitment, performance, and retention
• Manages the onboarding process and training activities for Corporate Banking Group post-graduates and interns throughout their career at Regions
• Identifies opportunities to improve processes and procedures
• Ensures timely and accurate communication of employment related metrics to identify issues and trends
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Ten (10) years of program management experience with an emphasis on campus recruitment and training
• Travel is required

• Advanced Degree a plus
