Job Description
Provide administrative support to Senior Vice President and senior leaders on the team.
Responsibilities
• Scheduling meetings/conferences.
• Coordinate department programs, off sites and special events.
• May read and respond to emails and requests on behalf of the leader(s).
• Prepare presentations and internal/external communications.
• Arrange travel; prepare expense reports and invoices.
• Respond to ad hoc requests and provide project support, logistics for meetings, town halls and off sites.
• Extend independent judgment over prioritization of work, and on behalf of the leader.
Required Qualifications
• Associate (2-year) degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Ability to multi-task, quickly change direction and independently prioritize work in order to support multiple leaders.
• Ability to anticipate needs and use independent judgment.
• Ability to exercise discretion due to accessing and handling sensitive information.
• Ability to navigate, communicate and work with others, as position has visibility with administrative offices for department colleagues, business leaders, regulators and other third parties.
