A Pricing Analyst (PA) role is a multiple channel pricing position, responsible for the timely and accurate creation and distribution of Traditional Correspondent, Rural Housing and Renovation Lending daily rate sheets, including repricing. Responsible for creation and maintenance of format and content, including pricing models and formulas. PAs will also be required to aid in the establishment of customer and channel level validations, reporting and UAT. This position will report to the Pricing Manager.
Essential Job Functions may include:
• Will be customers' and business partners' primary contact for rate sheet inquiries.
• Perform margin and multiple (mults) analysis in order to move pricing with knowledge of the impact each move will have on margins and mults.
• Rate sheet creation
• Participate in the design and if necessary the UAT phases of system development.
• Adherence to corporate policies and procedures
• Contribute to the creation/update and follow published pricing and customer contact policies and procedures.

Education and/or Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree from a Four (4) year College or University highly preferred; 2 - 4 years related mortgage experience required.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios.
Computer Skills:
Ability to work with Microsoft products. Advanced skills in MS Excel needed as well as strong skills in creating and modifying macros in VBA.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
