THE OPPORTUNITY:
Our Assistant Account Managers provide support to the Account Executive/Account Manager and Producer in servicing all areas of the account (renewals, new business, certificates of insurance, endorsements, etc.) to ensure the needs of our clients are met. In this high-touch customer service role, you will assist with managing the client accounts in all areas.
•assist in managing the entire account-service process
•be involved with generating proposals, developing renewal marketing materials, Acord forms, and other client deliverables as needed
•provide support with endorsements, policy checking, invoicing, cancellations, certificates, premium audits and other general account service functions
•maintain account files and documentation in accordance with established procedures
•establish and maintain good working relationships with your HUB International team,
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
You are perfect for this opportunity if you
• hold a high school diploma/GED (college degree strongly preferred)
• have at least 2-5 years of related commercial insurance experience within a brokerage environment
• are currently licensed and in good standing
• have the confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
• are computer literate - Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
• have know knowledge/experience with an agency management system, (Applied Epic is preferred)
