Here’s Where You Come In
We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our growing offices. We are in search of a highly skilled administrative professional who will provide a wide range of support services to the President, Human Resources team and other Leaders on a need basis. Other tasks include maintaining the Presidents travel and appointment schedule by planning and arranging meetings, making travel arrangements including airline, hotel and rental cars etc.
You will also be responsible for completing expense reports, prepare internal and external letters, documents, and presentations. Additionally, you will also be back up support the HR team in technical systems of Workday and Kronos and also assist in arranging events.
You’re Great At
Ideally you’ll be well versed in customer service, with excellent verbal and written communications. You must be able to meet deadlines with excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work. You should have minimum 5 years of experience in an executive assistant role. You should be familiar with online calendars and must have strong technology skills. Good interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse group of contacts, including EMT and marketing are highly desired. Working with Microsoft Office products is a daily occurrence and strong knowledge in these applications will help.
