Job Description:
At Regions, a Private Wealth Management Advisor develops and maintains a portfolio of important revenue generating client relationships within the defined affluent and high net worth market segments utilizing unbiased, consultative advisory approaches and sound personal financial planning and financial advisory concepts.
Primary Responsibilities
• Teams with the appropriate specialists to provide an integrated delivery of a broad range of wealth products and services including; financial planning, asset management, personal trust and estate planning, insurance and risk management services, consumer and mortgage credit, and general banking services
• Requires significant relationship management, business development, presentation and sales skills that establish the WA as a trusted, client-focused, financial partner of affluent clients
• Meet revenue growth, profitability and retention goals by acquiring new clients and expanding services to existing clients
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
This position is incentive eligible.
This position requires registration with the national Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS). Please refer to (http://mortgage.nationwidelicensing.org) for more information.
Requirements
• College degree and three (3) years line delivery banking experience preferably in lending, Trust investment or Wealth Management OR
• High school and seven (7) years experience in trust investment or wealth management
Skills and Competencies
• Excellent sales, negotiation, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Posses effective and proven sales experience
