Job Description:
At Regions, our Private Wealth Assistant assists in the coordinated delivery of a broad range of bank products and services (trust, insurance, deposit, credit, mortgage, investment, etc.) to a challenging and sensitive portfolio of affluent clients. The Private Wealth Assistant will be responsible for supporting a Private Wealth management team and rendering an extraordinary high level of services to private wealth management clients.
Primary Responsibilities
• Facilitates day to day standard transactional needs of the client base, including processing deposits, payments, transfers or other routine transactions
• Enters and maintains appropriate client records, loan document preparation and assistance
• Responds to client requests for information and assists with general inquiries, within appropriate level of authority
• Supports sales efforts by scheduling appointments, making follow up telephone calls, and preparing and maintaining client marketing materials
• Collaborates with private wealth management and sales team to ensure client needs are fulfilled and promote business development opportunities
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
This position is incentive eligible.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least three (3) years private wealth administrative or related experience
Preferences:
• Bachelors degree in a business related field
• Solid understanding of private wealth processes
Skills and Competencies:
• Accurate in typing, spelling and grammar
• Proficient in applicable computer software systems to include word processing, databases and spreadsheets
• Skilled in developing correspondence from notes or instructions
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills, including attention to detail
