HOURS: (Shifts will vary and are subject to schedule needs/40 hours per week)
Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Prosperity Bank is currently seeking to fill the position of a Full-Time Recruiter at our La Grange banking center.
The Human Resource Recruiter is responsible for overseeing the recruiting process for Prosperity Bank. The Recruiter pre-screens all applicants to insure the most qualified applications are forwarded to the hiring managers for interviewing. The Recruiter will guide managers through the hiring process to insure proper procedures are followed in the selection of the most qualified candidate. They will also perform credit and background screenings, and communicate with managers and applicants. The Recruiter will also perform other duties as assigned. Required Experience:
Prior Human Resource experience preferred.
Education/Certification:
Associate degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of Training and work experience.
Required Knowledge:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
Understanding of Human Resources laws.
Requires a good knowledge of all clerical and specialized functions in the company, a basic understanding of the Bank's organizational structure. Extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
