The Sr. Technical Product Manager will drive the vision and execution of the Mobile, B2B and B2C product lines to meet business/market needs and elevate the customer/client experience. This role is responsible for technical problem solving, creatively meeting product objectives, and providing functional requirements. This role will demonstrate cross-functional resource interaction to accomplish its goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides leadership and direction the Product Management team.· Own all things B2B and B2C Product Lines (including, but not limited to: Websites & Mobile Applications)· Teaming with Innovation Center Leader to speak to Clients/Business about product line solutions/innovations· Serve as a point of contact between various Business Owners and Product Development Teams· Development and layout design and styles that line-up with business requirements· Manage product related support, feedback, and inquiries from end users· Recommending, completing market research/analysis and implementing design, development, and integration solutions· Maintain project milestone schedules for each initiative ensuring on-time delivery for distribution.Report on plans and results to senior management, and coordinate closely with various internal stakeholders
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 10+ years in Product/Project Management, with a focus on digital/technical projects/products.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Design, Development, Computer Science, Modeling, or other relevant subject. Can also have 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to provide leadership to a small team and routinely provide/receive 360 degree feedback
• A passion for and understanding of interface design, human computer interaction usability concepts
• General IT knowledge with the ability to solve problems which require research for solution
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to test individually designed code is required
• A good understanding of business strategy in a high growth, large scale environment.
• Independently driven, resourceful, and able to deliver results with minimal direction.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with developers, product managers, and senior business leaders.
• High sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.

WORK CONDITIONS
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Must have the ability to attend work and be productive during normal business hours and to work early, late or weekend hours as needed for successful job performance. Overtime required as necessary. Some travel may be required.
